Harlem Irving Plaza
Harlem Irving Companies is a dynamic organization that continues to distinguish itself as a leading developer of shopping centers as well as a wide variety of properties ranging from public use facilities, retail and commercial developments, and multi-unit residential and institutional real estate.
STL has done renovation for Harlem Irving Plaza, a 300,000 square foot shopping center on Chicago’s northwest side. The Plaza was one of the first major shopping centers in Chicagoland, opening 140 specialty stores and 600,000 square feet.
