Residential Loft in Chicago

Through this new project STL is exploring the residential loft typology in Chicago. The 2-level, 5,000 SF loft will incorporate the use of corrugated Corten steel and dark stained oak throughout. While the lower level articulates the client’s key programmatic requirements the upper level features an outdoor deck, a green house and an exercise room. Taking advantage of the magnificent existing north, west and south views of Chicago, this open plan loft space also hosts an extensive art collection organized around the flexible, multiuse space in the lower level.
