Mayor Daley Dedicates New Sustainable CPS School in Belmont Cragin Neighborhood

Natural light, quality air, and energy efficiently are just a few things differentiating the New Jorge Prieto Math and Science Academy from other schools in the CPS fleet.

On September 15, Mayor Daley was present at a ribbon cutting and dedication ceremony officially welcoming the new facility to Chicago’s Northwest side. STL performed as the architect of record on this project and is in the process of applying for LEED Gold status for the facility.
