Octavio Paz

STL was invited by Octavio Paz UNO charter school to speak to a group of 4th graders about what it means to be an architect. With mini Moleskines in hand, these students were encouraged to explore ideas by sketching images, just like professional architects do. Luis Collado, Executive Principal, explained the process of how a building starts from a simple concept and evolves into a physical structure. A new cohort of children have been exposed to the beauty that is architecture.
