Framing the bay: Kaohsiung City
With the intention of framing a new cultural center, STL explored a how to create an iconic identity that will revive the cultural atmosphere of Kaohsiung City, Taiwan.
The proposal for a marine culture and pop music center was envisioned to provoke urban change that highlights the unique character of Kaohsiung with a coherent blend of an architectural landscape anchored by iconic venues that will satisfy the needs of locals, the industries and future trends.
