The building consolidates spaces for socializing, exercising, computer access, and sharing meals into a neighborhood-scaled center, built and operated by local organizations. Simple construction and durable materials arranged into open spaces naturally lit from above balance the needs of security and privacy for previously underserved patrons 55 and older.
