Development of a security and community impact analysis for the new development “University Village” located in the heart of the Maxwell Market corridor. STL divided the analysis into three categories: crime against people (assault, battery), crime against property (theft) and other undesirable activities (drugs, prostitution). These three types of crime were overlayed on top of a diagrams showing landuse, income, open spaces, lighting, etc.The results were presented in a report that extracted valuable information ultimately used to inform the future planning of the area.
