What we do
We help our clients develop a detailed program, schedule, and budget, prior to the commencement of each project. As the project progresses, we monitor the budget, prepare reports, meeting agendas and orchestrate the overall communication between the parties.
STL provides project management consulting services as the owner’s agent or as supplemental service to the basic architectural services. As part of this service, STL develops a flow chart of activities detailing the roles and responsibilities of all parties involved in the project process. We assist, if required by the client, in the interview and selection of required consultants.
STL can also prepare presentations to review boards as required.
