Tracy Susanne Salvia, LEED AP

Principal

As Principal at STL, Tracy Salvia has firm-wide responsibility for research and development, technical coordination and quality control of all projects in the office. Tracy came to STL Architects in 1998 from the Chicago firm Lohan Associates, where she began her career in 1987.

Tracy has over 15 years of experience on large-scale public and corporate architecture projects. Her strengths lie in systems integration, interdisciplinary coordination, constructability review and overall project quality control. She is especially experienced at working closely with the Owner-Contractor team throughout the project to ensure that neither the project schedule nor the project quality is compromised. Her intimate understanding of fast-track design, codes at federal, state and local levels, and her extensive project permit review experience with City Commissioners has allowed Tracy to successfully serve clients such as Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Harris Trust and Savings Banks and the Public Building Commission.

Tracy is committed to ensuring that the project exceeds all Owner goals and expectations, a resolution that she carries through to her personal life where she gracefully balances leading STL, raising two children, and competing in the Chicago Triathlon.
