High-Rise Learning Community

This Vertical Learning Community project utilizes a singular vertical circulation spine will connect all program areas, providing identity to the school and convenience of movement to the students, while also ensuring acoustic protection from the Street. This spine will provide areas for the allocation of lockers, informal work spaces and social connectivity areas and it connects vertically all floors consisting on a 3-floor podium of large and mixed program spaces with the top 4 floors of educational spaces – all of which fit into four ‘towers’ with courtyards in between.
